CHEF / COOK

The roll will consist of the following.

  • Assist in the planning and creation of new menus.
  • Preparation of meals. Ensuring that meals meet the restaurant's quality standards.
  • Supervision of kitchen operations. Kitchen stock purchasing. Regulates temperature of cooking equipments.
  • Ensuring that kitchen operations meet council hygiene regulations. Also staff training. Other duties as necessary.

Required at least qualification of Certificate III in Commercial Cookery. At least 3 years relevant working experience.
